在茨城县自古以来盛行的蒟蒻栽培,到江户时代作为水户藩的专卖品支撑藩财政。当时的中岛藤右卫门发明将蒟蒻作成粉末以来,开始在全国栽培。无论是作成蒟蒻生鱼片还是田乐,因其独特可口味道与口感,受大家一致好评。

串丸子

串丸子是在糯米粉里分次加水,捏成丸状后经过蒸或煮,制作而成的日本传统的一种点心。主要有用酱油调味的咸丸子和甜丸子等,是男女老幼皆喜欢的甜品。最近,还有烤串丸子急聚人气。
